*If I were a flower/plant, I’d be: currently lavender.. don’t know much about other flowers.. but i do like lavender(as in purple)
*If I were a season I’d be: autumn. a little sad, not too cold, very pretty leaves

*If I were a color, I’d be: pale steel/grey blue.. a dull and kinda sad colour

Harlo im updating again.. today’s saturday, had guzheng in the morning. good thing it’s 9.30 on saturdays now, if not we’ll all be dead tired if the timing is at 7.30 poo. same thing, individual group practices then combine. laoshi finally came today after an absence of who know how many years. blah he kinda perfected our “sai4 ma3″ and that indiany song and the speed was chaooo fast. =S really scary, almost couldn’t catch up. and my fingers were all red from playing.. pain ah. bet the rest also like that. brought my tingxie book but didn’t get to do corrections cos of something stupid and i had to hand it up without anything done. blah.

got home in time to dress up for daphne’s wedding.. their wedding theme colour was white and most of the decos were green (leaves and lotsa leaves) kinda “summer” themed.. but really nice. heh norman and daphne (last year church camp roomie!) work in sia, air steward(ess) lol nowonder both are so compatible. that’s what my mum said as well. it was pretty ok, but there were a whole lot of distractions here and there, which was eh irritating. firstly my parents were saying, there were only 1 or 2 camera men who took a pathetic number of photos from some faraway position.. and they supposedly didn’t get a very good view of them. poor things. and secondly. this whole group of aunties, ah mas, uncles and ah gongs were occupying about 4 front rows in front of ours and what do you expect.. they are not from elim and most prob not christians. so they didn’t think of switching off their hps. and so… about 6-7 people’s hp rang and they let it ring about 3 times before picking it up. the wedding ceremony was still on halo? and they go halo-ing on the phones, and this aunty even let a kiddo speak into it. poo. it was more like a social gathering or something. talking non stop and going in and out. dun think i’ve seen anything like that before… especially in weddings eh.

refreshments were spicy themed.. curry, chilli stuff and more curry. kinda imagined i was spitting fire by the time i finished my food. hung around my parents, had nothing to do or say so i fiddled with my hp. oh well. called cathleen to come for the edge since it was already 4+. and i thought i would give her a surprise by waiting for her at the mrt station.. and to my very surprise i got a surprise call after 1/2 hour of waiting that she’s already at church.. her hp no batt can’t contact me. ouch. felt that i was “slapped” on the cheeks, though it wasn’t her fault at all. ahh i know, i slapped myself on the cheeks. and i got pissed with myself so at the edge i was all wooden and `.` poo. wordless. stupid me stupid me. hope cat didn’t think i was angry with her.

didn’t talk much till the whole thing was over. then walked to the mrt station, went heartland to eat. kfc again, and i bought the taco meal. can you imagine a taco with chicken that tastes like tuna? maybe that’s how chicken flavoured tuna tastes like. argh. i think i still prefer the beef one. hmmm. yeah so that’s about it. zzz cya. [10.37pm]

i really have to update now haha first thing, napfa. yes it’s like 2 weeks ago but well i think i got a. happy that i passed my incline and broke my prev record of 3, this time i did about 11? hm the rest weren’t too bad or good either. 2.4 was ok, and i didn’t stop or walk to break my record which was good enough for me. 14.21 pretty bad timing compared to sin ae wah hers was 12+… pros =S

heh and my efforts have really paid off. remember i was kinda stressed up about my art and painting techniques and all that… i started on my piece on sunday night and every night onwards i did my artpiece.. pretty tedious, sometimes it’s one whole day for art. and yesterday i got caught twice for sleeping in class =X was sooo tired couldn’t help it at all. heh and finally, i got the grungey texture and effect i wanted. not exactly but it turned out good anyway, a little unexpected =) so i don’t regret and i’ll never regret joining art. it’s my dream =D

slept through the whole of yesterday, took a long long nap and had a long long long long dream. yeah! it took me four times of recording in my hp calender reminder.. so long. hah i dreamt of cat, char, my art piece =.=”, play leslie’s song on the piano, sunset and lots more.. think i forgot some already. nvm. yup like supy said, i was very hyper today.. did everything like a mad person, pia-ing like crazy.. my maths ws, geog ws everything. most prob it’s the art exhibition that drove me nuts. hah i was actually so kanchiong yesterday about them selling my art piece. told my parents to buy cos i’ll price the piece at $40, but it was horrifying.. they priced it at $120 and i got kinda mad. ms yeo wanted me to sell but i wanted it back.. buying it was the only way so i really bought it.. and there was a smiley face beside the mini sold sticker stuck there =P lol. the exhibition was really great, held in the hall. oh hm saw other people’s art pieces.. i like huiru’s hitech graphic one, cat’s piece (it’s $100 btw) yizhen’s one and a few others. ahh and i luv the teachers’ art too! simply great! heh. yup and they invited this artist who paints with his mouth.. mostly chinese paintings. it was great, and he’s a composer/singer too. wonderful that a disabled person can accomplish so much. hm some gz people played on the stage, they played last year’s syf song! nice nice =) well he inspired me to practice more for my art… practice and more practice.. and observe and read up more on art..

supposedly my art piece thing was resolved, mrs ow told me to buy it on monday and it’ll be on a discounted price. means that i don’t have to spend a whopping $120 to buy my own painting. sounds so ridiculous. ahh. anyway anyone wants to buy it? feel free to contact me… and i’ll give u a VERY GOOD PRICING…. =D cya ;)

*- First try at painting on canvas. The first layer really sucked cos it looked like some watercolour painting. Became better as I painted over again. Used dull colours (steel blue, grey green, beige and black). The grungy effect and smudges were intentional. It’s meant to be 2 diff view of the same place. Can see?
