I like to paint sitting down, at my desk with the florescent light switched on. Plugged in my earphones and songs from the playlist are being played through. Canvas’ 30cm x 40cm; medium acrylics. Not that I fancy the way acrylic looks though, because it’s kind of flat but if you can bring out the depth of field with that it’s perfectly fine. Would love to try out oil paint soon (it doesn’t dry quickly which gives some flexibility) and have better control of these medium and techniques. Alright, I’m just trying to sound professional.

* Ho Po-Wing sitting in an open space overlooking the neighbourhood and faraway buildings under the Argentina sky. It’s a sunny day, adding contrast to the photo slightly tinted green. Grainy. I love Ho Po-Wing with a singlet and shorts, both hands bandaged. Lovely. *

Looked around in my room yesterday night whilst feeling bored, found a whole lot of emptiness in it. So I’d rumaged through the bag of postcards and photos bought back from Hong Kong and filled up the empty spots. Two new posters up, changed 3 pictures from the photoframes and finally put some more Leslie pictures up.

Fans never fail to let time slip away while discussing about him. Just like today’s gathering of 15, at some dimsum restaurant where they serve food that’s only average, but there’s no stopping once we start our conversations. Very animated, because the other tables looked at us as if we were holding some party, or rather, fanclub activity. Had a smashing great time talking to Rui Qi today, and of course Angie. Sat through 4 hours at MacDonalds afterwards – thou only the three of us – till we went off topic. This is way better than any kbox session with my colleagues who (5 out of 6) smoke. Yeah, that was recent.

Orientation officially starts next tuesday, 18th, for Tamasek Polytechnic Design School. Am dreading it, though looking forward to it.
